Reported via desktop in the Potholes / Highway Condition category anonymously at 14:11, Friday 13 May 2022
Sent to Northamptonshire Highways less than a minute later.
Whilst it has is possible to dodge many of the individual pot holes on this road, which are numerous for a number of years, the development of a double (one of either side) of the road, so it is impassable without going through the holes, has taken the condition of this road from sublime, to the ridiculous. The road is literally crumbling apart and will soon revert to a dirt track and is causing damage to vehicles.
The ‘hump’ at Shtterdown spinney has now reached a dangerous height and is only passable by 4wd who are able to raise the height of their vehicle.
Thank you for reporting a fault. We will use the information you have provided to assess and prioritise this fault in accordance with our published response times for fault reports.
