Dangerous Dog attack

Reported via desktop in the Livestock category anonymously at 15:39, Fri 13 May 2022

Sent to Northamptonshire Highways less than a minute later. ref: 3523975.

Sustained dog attack for 10 minutes, 7 minutes of which is on video. Dog owner refused to try to put dog on lead, recall or anything, he just walked away and eventually back towards Hargrave. Disabled horse rider and carer both luckily escaped serious injury. Lethal situation. The dog Walker blamed us as we were following him but we were some 100m behind him when he saw us.
