Broken and uneven slabs caused ankle injury
Sent to Northamptonshire Highways less than a minute later. ref: 3525214.
There is multiple broken slabs on this street however there was one in particular outside number 39 that is particularly bad. One is cracked and sunken and the one next to it is raised almost an inch. I was walking with my youngest 3 children and rolled my ankle on it causing me to fall. My 13 year old had to run down the road from our house and help me up. This resulted in a visit to the minor injuries unit where I was informed I have damaged the ligaments in my ankle. This is really dangerous. If it were an older person they could have sustained a serious injury.
