Overgrown hedges
Reported via desktop in the Verges - Damaged by Vehicles category anonymously at 13:41, Thursday 19 May 2022
Sent to Northamptonshire Highways less than a minute later. ref: 3536971.
The Owners at number 25 Ashley Road are allowing the hedge to grow to high on the corner of the street, its becoming almost impossible to see any oncoming traffic from the left hand side. The people who lived in this house previously kept the hedges trimmed and at a low height so that you were able to see any oncoming traffic. I have spoken with the new owners previously about this but they don't seem to be trying to fix the problem. There are lots of bicycles that use this road as Rockingham Wheelers is just up the road and My family and I have had many near misses when trying to pull out of the street. I would like this to be looked into as I'm very concerned there is going to be an accident at this turning in the near future.
