O rehanging tree branches across pathway and obstructing visibility across road

This tree and the one next to it are not over hanging and obstructing pathway. The overhang on this tree in particular is in danger of breaking off from them weight of the branch due to how it was cut last year - cut away from phone lines.

These trees still haven’t been cut back and continue to grow and encroach on the pavement. Please can you provide an update? Thank you

The tree still hasn’t been attended too. The overhanging branches still obstruct view from traffic when we leave our driveway. Constant sap on mine and neighbours cars, the branches scrape the cars when leaving our drive. The hang as low as 4ft in the pedestrian area and the branch weight is unstable. Please can you confirm when these street trees will receive attention.
