Gate is not compliant with bridleway

You are unable to open this gate from horseback as required on a bridleway. The greenery is overgrown and you have to try to unloop and reloop a piece of string over the gate post. In addition the sign is completely obscured from the road by overgrown plants

  • Thank you for your enquiry, a site visit has been carried out. We can confirm that the landowner has been contacted regarding this matter. Improvement works have been requested to ensure safe and unobstructed access can be gained along this bridleway within the next 28 days.
