Overgrown tree

Sent to Northamptonshire Highways less than a minute later. ref: 3580152.

Overgrown tree is blocking the natural light, outside number 37, also telephone wire is literally going through the middle of tree, and the roots are lifting the pavement, making it unsuitable for prams, wheelchairs and the general public
