An inspection of the site has been scheduled for w/c 13/06. However, signs such as this are not legal to remain within the adopted highway and it should be removed.

This sign is still on the grass verge

This sign is still on the grass verge but he has now put a metal post behind the sign. Who would be liable if anyone tripped over this? What about damaging a council grass cutter. Could you advised, it is illegal to park on grass verges? I myself don't as have a driveway for my cars
