Vegitation that needs clearing to see sign & walk on Footpath

Sent to Northamptonshire Highways less than a minute later. ref: 3585685.
There is vegitation covering a traffic sign on the Hill, Middleton and also alot of vegitation making it impossible to walk on the footpath which is clearly dangerous for pedestrians.
Please clear all vegitation growing onto the road and covering traffic signs.
There is also a traffic sign as you enter the village from the Ashley Road (the 30mph lit sign) that is covered in vegitation too please can this be cleared also.

Thank you for your enquiry and for bringing this matter to our attention. We understand that you have concerns about the condition of the vegetation here. Whilst we appreciate your comments, the location of the vegetation that you have identified is not on the adopted highway. Therefore, it is the responsibility of the private landowner to maintain and is outside Northamptonshire Highways’ control. Nevertheless, we have written to the resident requesting that the vegetation is cut back more within the next 14 days.
