  • Thank you for your enquiry, this has been reported to the dedicated tree's team. Their reference is TRE004586. Please note that this team will only be able to investigate the trees along the verge alongside Taylor Avenue and on most of the land behind 11-13 Mercia Gardens The trees located closer to the other properties behind these addresses would be the responsibility of Northampton Partnership Homes to maintain, but we have been unable to determine this based on the information provided. The Trees team will be able to advise accordingly after their investigation. Furthermore, any tree overhanging another property located in a resident's garden would be the responsibility of the resident to maintain.
