Thank you for your enquiry concerning the condition of the footway in this area. Whilst we appreciate your comments, we can confirm that there are no immediate safety concerns relating to this matter that warrant further investigation or repair at this time. However, we will continue to monitor the area as part of our routine inspections. We are currently investigating the matter with the bus stop signage.

Thank you for reporting this. Unfortunately, unless the bus stop is actually damaged, I don’t think there is anything we can do at this time. We have a very small budget for bus stop/shelter maintenance and there is already a significant list of urgent repairs that need to be carried out. Yours sincerely, David Chambers
