Sent to Northamptonshire Highways less than a minute later. ref: 3591981.
Public pathway has tree overhanging very far down and inhibiting pedestrians using the pathway. it is much further down than their heads. Also at number 11 the council tree has big branch broken off an hanging into the gutter.

Firstly, please accept our sincerest apologies for the delay in updating this enquiry. This has been due to an administrative error at our end. We understand that you have concerns about the condition of the vegetation here. Whilst we appreciate your comments, the location of the vegetation that you have identified is not on the adopted highway. Therefore, it is the responsibility of the private landowners to maintain and is outside Northamptonshire Highways’ control. Nevertheless, we have written to the residents requesting that the vegetation is cut back more within the next 14 days.
