The drains all along Eastfield road on the Lest side of the road have dog poo bags thrown in them

Sent to Northamptonshire Highways less than a minute later. ref: 3608849.

This goes down all the way along number 19-29 and stretches down the entire of Eastfield Road.

This was reposted and the highways team are out but they are cleaning out the drains on the wrong side of the road and have advised they can only clean out the drains that they have a ticket for so i have had to rereport this.
