I am a disabled (wheelchair) court employee and require access to the lay-by for taxi's to drop off and pick me up. this is now making me ill as i am having to travel further on uneven surfaces, and is detrimental for my health and is likely to lead to an accident. The yellow lines need replacing, not only for myself, but for other court users who have mobility issues.
