Hedge overgrown

Sent to Northamptonshire Highways less than a minute later. ref: 3615462.

The hedge is overgrown with Hawthorn, Blackthorn, brambles and nettles growing over the footway. This is a school route and pedestrians are unable to use some of the footway.
