Overgrown vegetation impeding visibility
Reported via desktop in the Restricted Visibility / Overgrown / Overhanging category anonymously at 14:36, Wednesday 22 June 2022
Sent to Northamptonshire Highways less than a minute later. ref: 3615661.
I reported an issue with overgrown vegetation on the middle section of the dual carriage way reference 3612035. Your response was that grass cutting would be ongoing as part of the Cyclic Mowing Programme but you did not advise when this is expected to be completed. This junction is becoming dangerous especially now with one of the lanes restricted. The grass should not be allowed to get so long that it impedes driver visibility when attempting to cross on coming traffic - can you please advise frequency of grass cutting here and if you would consider increasing the frequency of cutting the grass verges along this stretch. Many thanks Joanne
