Sent to Northamptonshire Highways less than a minute later. ref: 3618298.
This tree has been partially dead for a long time now. Its needs severely pruning or removing. Several branches have fallen when there has been a windy day. It has also grown around the telephone wires for several houses.

Thank you for your enquiry and for bringing this matter to our attention. We understand that you have concerns about the condition of the vegetation. We appreciate your concerns and can confirm the growth is programmed to be cut back, in the next six months, under our maintenance programme. We hope to be able to attend sooner. This is now more than 6 months from the date of report and assessment and no one has been out. Dead branches have been falling off when there is a bit of wind or heavy rain. When is this likely to be resolved?

This was reported over a year ago. Surely it doesnt take that long to get someone out with a saw to prune or deal with this tree?
