Tarmac path on dropped driveway is broken and 'pot holed'

The tarmac of the path has been broken and disturbed principally by the contractors digging up for broadband cable laying. I reported this to them at the time and they said they would look at it and then disappeared without doing so. Areas of tarmac are now non existent and there is a trip hazard between the existing tarmac and the sub layer concrete below.

  • Thank you for your enquiry and for bringing this matter to our attention. We understand that you have concerns about the condition of this section of the footpath adjacent to Oundle Drive. We are pleased to confirm that the footway defects that meet the specifications for remedial work, have a repair scheduled to resolve them. This should be completed within a months’ time. Please be assured that you will receive an update once repairs are concluded.
