The tree's and hedge from number 34 is overgrowing the fence into the alley and weeds from the same garden are growing into the alley as well, also the tree from the bungalow on the right as you come out of the alley is hanging into and obstructing the alleyway

Thank you for your enquiry and for bringing this matter to our attention. We understand that you have concerns about the condition of the vegetation here. Whilst we appreciate your comments, the location of the vegetation that you have identified is not on the adopted highway. Therefore, it is the responsibility of the private landowner to maintain and is outside Northamptonshire Highways’ control. Nevertheless, we have written to the resident requesting that the vegetation is cut back more within the next 14 days.
