Carriageway breakdown with potholes and ‘ridge’ in the road surface

Residents in the adjacent house (The Coach House) have reported that the house is vibrating when lorries or vans pass due to the damaged carriageway.

  • Thank you for your enquiry and for bringing this matter to our attention. We can confirm that a works order has been raised for the potholes exiting the village towards the a5, and these will be undertaken within the next six months. Please be assured that you will receive an update once repairs are concluded. We usually find these defects are tended to within 13 weeks. Regarding the potholes in the village, we can confirm that there are no immediate safety concerns relating to this issue that warrant repair.
