Garage owner blocking the pavement with a metal barrier which resulting pedestrian cannot able to walk on pavement.

  • 11/07 The owner/occupier has been spoken to and the metal fencing was placed across the footpath for the safety of pedestrians due to vehicles being taken in and out of the garage services. They have been advised that apart from when they are taking cars in and out of the garage that the barrier must be placed in front of their entrance and not blocking the footpath. This report will now be closed
