Barriers and reflective bollards badly damaged

Sent to Northamptonshire Highways less than a minute later. ref: 3639961.

In central reservation on A4500 Wellingborough between junction of Penfold Lane and footbridge over the A4500. Looks like a vehicle has crashed into the safety barriers which are now slightly sticking out into the road and very badly damaged.
