Worn Road Surface - Rutting / Potholes - Manor Road close to junction with Banbury Road.

Reported via desktop in the Potholes / Highway Condition category anonymously at 09:29, Monday 4 July 2022

Sent to Northamptonshire Highways less than a minute later. ref: 3645112.

Road surface is worn exposing sub-base creating potholes and subsiding. Several potholes within this area have been temporarily fixed (badly - sticking plaster mentality) - Area requires a meaningful repair as opposed to continual temporary repairs. Rutting of road surface is affecting the drainage thus adding to the deterioration of the road surface - Rainfall water not draining. Sub base aggregate compromising road surface at near by junction. As mentioned a meaningful professional repair would resolve this issue rather than constant patch work repairs as they will not address long term rutting or drainage issues.
