Not convinced the previous blockage is resolved!

Sent to Northamptonshire Highways less than a minute later. ref: 3653944.

Previous issue reported. I've just received a closure of the issue, as being resolved. There has been no repair to the cracked and damage storm drain outside our property, and when it rains, it overflows in the street and runs onto our drive, creating flooded area,a nd deep water. Your response to original matter says pipe repaired. We have never seen any repairs being carried out,a nd its directly outside our property. The issue remains,a nd the matter needs re-opening please!
