53,55 AND 57no WOODLANDS AVENUE (NN15 6QS) WOODEN STAKES HAVE BEEN PLACED AS AN OBSTRUCTION ON A PUBLIC GRASS VERGE WHICH IS UNLAWFUL AS PER THE HIGHWAYS ACT 1980 S137.

  • Letter will be sent to properties w/c 25/07 requiring that all posts be removed from the verge. Follow-up inspection set for w/c 08/08.

  • It has been over 4 months since reporting this issue and the obstructions are still on the grass verges, what is the point of having this platform to report issues when you seemingly do nothing or give any updates on the progress, very disappointing and shows a lack of professionalism!!
