Obstructed footway
Reported via desktop in the Restricted Visibility / Overgrown / Overhanging category anonymously at 16:21, Wed 27 July 2022
Sent to Northamptonshire Highways less than a minute later. ref: 3711424.
A piece of land at this point of the junction of Bradden Road and Home Close which is Highways land is very overgrown and I have personally just cut back the vegetation encroaching onto the footpath, the only section of footpath on this side of Bradden Road causing pedestrians to walk on the road where vehicles are constantly parking on the opposite side..
The rest of the plant growth needs to be cut back and the Council would like to know whether Highways intend to properly maintain the area, drastically cut it back or completely remove the vegetation. Please advise which option will be taken.
