I have to make a complaint with regards to 3 very large ash trees that are completely overgrown and are causing problems to my property.i understand that the location of the trees which are in the alley way which leads from gray close to keats close, earls barton are within your jurisdiction. the problem is that the trees are at the side of my property are grossly overgrown with the branches overhanging my roof.damage has been caused in the past in high winds with branches breaking off and displacing tiles. in addition to this the roots of the the trees have broken through the surface of the footpath at a height of about 8 inches which is a problem especially to the elderly and the young. also these roots are getting close to my property and will be getting close to my foundations. as i am very concerned with the likelihood of further damage to my roof and more importantly the foundations of my property i would ask that consideration is taken on some drastic remedial action be taken to this problem.
