Sent to Northamptonshire Highways less than a minute later. ref: 3723976.

The road has sunk at the top of well lane leaving a step onto well lane which when accessing my home I may damage my wheels or bumper

We are pleased to confirm that the problem you have indicated in this location, has a repair scheduled to fully resolve it. This should be completed within six months’ time. Please be assured that you will receive an update once repairs are concluded. We usually find these defects are tended to within 13 weeks.
