Tarmac all dug up

Sent to Northamptonshire Highways less than a minute later. ref: 3724752.

The tarmac outside the new housing estate opposite the factory on Butcote Road is all dug up as this was done to install gas, water , electic and broadband an has been patched up in a terrible state.

I think that this needs to be repaired by either the council or by the New housing estate.
