Overgrown tree

Sent to Northamptonshire Highways less than a minute later. ref: 3727677.

I am in number 62 northholme court. There is a street lamp back gate. The tree is in a neighbours (number 59) garden and it has overgrown and is blocking the light from the street lamp so I cannot the see in the dark when putting my bins out.
