Footpath dangerous and crumbling

Sent to Northamptonshire Highways less than a minute later. ref: 3728124.
Due to previous poor repair across dropped path the concrete has crumbled and is dangerous and a health and safety trip hazard, since last report where council took no action the footpath had been left unmaintained and public have been seen to trip and fall on the footpath, outside 10 vine hill close, higham Ferrers.
