Tree at 30 Woodcote Avenue is dying and

Sent to Northamptonshire Highways less than a minute later. ref: 3744656.

The tree at 30 Woodcote Avenue, Rowan Tree, is dying and the bark is coming away and peeling off and all the leaves are dead. It is rapidly deteriorating. This needs to be removed.
