Road has sunk causing quite a dip just at the entrance to the Wharf

Reported via desktop in the Potholes / Highway Condition category anonymously at 12:06, Thu 11 August 2022

Sent to Northamptonshire Highways less than a minute later. ref: 3746927.

Last few weeks there has been an increase in lorries/heavy vehicles hitting the dip and causing a sound wave right down into the Wharf itself and my house is constantly shaking. I believe there is an underground stream in the vicinity - running under the road. Anglian water put a new supply connection in February 2022. a little (2 metres) further along not sure if this has anything to do with the problem.
