Sent to Northamptonshire Highways less than a minute later.
Vehicle parked across entire pavement , at narrow entrance to Tweed Crescent Rushden, pedestrians have no choice only to walk in the road, towards a blind and dangerous junction.
Cobbles in the centre of the road are also becoming loose with speeding vehicles turning into this area of Tweed Crescent
Method required to prevent vehicles parking on the pavement , along side speed reduction of vehicles
