  • Dear Derek. Thank you for your request. As far as the bus shelters are concerned, unfortunately there is currently no policy or budget for the cleaning of bus shelters owned by what was Northamptonshire County Council. At one time they were cleaned annually. The two in Grafton Regis and three of the four along the A508 in Roade are NCC owned. I’m in Bus and Rail so don’t know what the situation is regarding the footpaths but I will enquire for you. Yours sincerely, David Chambers

  • I hear what you say about the bus shelters but how about the rubbish on both sides of the A508?

  • Dear Derek. I have now passed this on to Highways to deal with the cleaning of the footpaths along the A508 and the removal of the blown down branches and leaves. Yours sincerely, David Chambers
