Do you think you could cut the vegetation on the A6003 between Barton hall and the river Ise, Barton Seagrave, Kettering. my friend is a mobility scooter user and travelled on this footpath (going to a house in Westminster drive from Kettering) and kept getting hit in the face. plus they said that the footpath was very uneven - is there any chance that you could ‘skim’ it with tarmac or cement? thank you.
