Dutch elm disease,overhanging branches

The trees at the back of our house and 101 dingle road,have problem of overhanging branches and i have noticed that 2 of the trees have,what i think is dutch elm disease.would much appreciated if somebody would come out and access the problem many thanks Brian Julyan occupier of 99 Dingle road NN10 6UE
