Village roads (Little Green/Buntings Lane) unable to cope with the weight of articulated lorries, after traffic diverted through the village, when A605 closed. Wish whoever had re-directed the lorries had thought about the significance of the words 'Little' and 'Lane'! Please see photo for damaged caused.

  • Thank you for your enquiry and for bringing this matter to our attention. We understand that you have concerns about the condition of Little Green. We are pleased to confirm that the carriageway defects that meet the specifications for remedial work, have a repair scheduled to resolve them. This should be completed within six months’ time. Please be assured that you will receive an update once repairs are concluded. We usually find these defects are tended to within 13 weeks.
