Significant dip in road surface on south side of roadway appears to be caused by subsidence.

We have put an uneven road board out on the approach as an advanced warning but until we are waiting further instruction from our investigators. Although we are unable to provide a timeframe, we will update this matter as soon as we can.

Uneven road sign regularly blows over when windy and hence no warning present for approaching road users. A more substantial sign is required.
