Overgrown vegetation, uneven road surface, and poor lighting

Reported via desktop in the Restricted Visibility / Overgrown / Overhanging category anonymously at 08:14, Thu 25 August 2022

Sent to Northamptonshire Highways less than a minute later. ref: 3779103.

The path is too narrow, it is very uneven causing pushchairs and wheelchairs (and walkers) to struggle using it. If the vegetation was cut back it could be widened and re surfaced to make a decent walkway. There is no lighting which causes safety concerns of an evening (both ways out of Border Park no lighting apart from at the actual traffic lights) and makes you feel vulnerable
