Storm drains on Harvey Road are blocked and/or contain waste material

Sent to Northamptonshire Highways less than a minute later. ref: 3779313.

I have been investigating an odour complaint from a resident on Harvey Road. They believe it is coming from the storm drains. I am yet to confirm this but on my inspections I have noticed that at least one storm drain is fully silted up and several others contain a lot of waste material.
