Broken Manhole Cover

Sent to Northamptonshire Highways less than a minute later. ref: 3782389.

On Harborough Road (Can be seen from number 22 Harborough Road) Anglian water were told it was their issue however it is the North Northants council who must go out and have a look. Water mains run down Harborough road are affecting ones that are owned by Anglian water.
