Parking lines painted over outside 24 Southgate Drive

Sent to Northamptonshire Highways less than a minute later. ref: 3813157.

Parking line outside 24 Southgate Drive has been painted over and re-painted to be a smaller space by resident to stop people parking near house, making it just one space for the resident. It was not blocking their driveway, they just wanted to stop others parking there even though it's public parking
