Sent to Northamptonshire Highways less than a minute later. ref: 3822550.

The problem is the uneven surface of the footpath from Elizabeth Close to Victoria Close, Earls Barton. NN6 0LT. This has been previously reported. See previous report 3367754.

The repair did not solve the problem. Suggest a slurry seal is applied to surface. We have had two mobility scooters turn over due to the uneveness of the surface.

Investigation: Completed (Defect Found), Defect Repair: Not Started - Thank you for your enquiry and for bringing this matter to our attention, regarding the footpath adjacent to Victoria Close We are pleased to confirm that the footway defects that meet the specifications for remedial work, have a repair scheduled to resolve them. This should be completed within a months' time. Please be assured that you will receive an update once repairs are concluded.

Morning Kier Staff, I hope you are well and looking forward to a great weekend. Report number 3407857 has been partially completed. There is still the second stage to complete. This section is the re-surfacing of the dangerous and uneven footpath between number 8 and number 12 Elizabeth Close, Earls Barton. NN6 0HZ. Can you please advise of the start date for this minor project. It will probably only take a complete morning. I will then advise the disabled residents, those with walking sticks and frames and the three with mobility scooters. Thank yo so much for your help so far, The section already completed in Victoria Close, NN6 0LT has made a noteable difference.

Hi, This has been outstanding for some years. Please give a start date so the pathway is suitable for elderly and disabled resident who inhabit Victoria and Elizabeth Close.
