  • Investigation: Completed (Defect Found) - Thank you for your enquiry and for bringing this matter to our attention, regarding the vegetation adjacent to The Willows. We are pleased to confirm that a works order has been raised to cut back this vegetation from the footway. This should be completed within the next three months. Please be assured that you will receive an update once repairs are concluded.
