Sent to Northamptonshire Highways less than a minute later. ref: 3833211.

This road is just like riding a roller coaster It has sunk in various places which are appalling and awful to drive on The road pitches from left to right as the sunken areas throw your vehicle around The whole road needs to be assessed and repaired heading to and from the A14

Investigation: Completed (Defect Found), Defect Repair: Not Started - Thank you for your enquiry and for bringing this matter to our attention, regarding this section of the A. We are pleased to confirm that the carriageway defects that meet the specifications for remedial work, have a repair scheduled to resolve them. This should be completed within six months’ time. Please be assured that you will receive an update once repairs are concluded. We usually find these defects are tended to within 13 weeks.

Still full of potholes and incredibly uneven surface. Most locals use the over taking lane as the left lane is so bad. Issues in both directions

So I first reported this awful road on the 18/9/22 and as yet there has not been any repair and it is getting worse In addition to the large dips there are also numerous potholes

Road is still in a bad condition and it is a year later. Awful.

Investigation: Completed (Defect Found), Defect Repair: Not Started - Due to the underlying issues of the route, notably the depressions, the site investigation will be substantial to ensure the correct data is collected to inform any future design. Presently there are no plans to implement a permanent solution this financial year, however, the site investigations is the first step in the process to determine any future work.
