Sent to Northamptonshire Highways less than a minute later. ref: 3838407.

Neighbour’s are driving across a public footpath to access of road parking. We have had to pay over £2000 for the pleasure of of road parking but some people think they are exempt from the rules. And now they are having a driveway installed. This is not acceptable
