Broken and damaged slabs. Causing trip hazard for elderly residents in the area. Raised and sunken slabs.

  • The area of damaged footway is in front of houses numbered 12 to 22 Northampton road. Reported by Mr Martin Rudkin at No 18 Northampton road.

  • Investigation: Completed (No Action Necessary) - Thank you for your enquiry. The location of the footpath that you have identified is not on the adopted highway. Therefore, it is the responsibility of the private landowner to maintain and is outside West Northamptonshire Highways’ control. Should you wish to escalate this matter further, please contact land registry as to who are owners. Apologies that we are unable to assist further.
