Large yellow signs advising traffic to keep junction clear

Sent to Northamptonshire Highways less than a minute later. ref: 3842258.

The traffic works at Isham were completed some months ago but we are still blighted with two enormous temporary signs on Kettering Road asking traffic not to block the junction as emergency vehicles may need to access to Fairfield Road. When can we expect these signs to be removed? There is already a yellow box painted on the road which should keep the junction clear.
