Sent to Northamptonshire Highways less than a minute later. ref: 3849765.

Lady fell and had 6 stitches due to this-

Footpath that goes behind house (gravel etc) is the location-About 5/600 yards up Hayes Road on the left hand side

Investigation: Completed (Defect Found), Defect Repair: Not Started - Thank you for your enquiry and for bringing this matter to our attention, regarding the drain cover adjacent to Hayes Road. We are pleased to confirm that the defects that meet the specifications for remedial work, have a repair scheduled to resolve them. This should be completed within a month's time. Please be assured that you will receive an update once repairs are concluded.
